Small but Effective
As a gym goer, I am often using much larger shakers than the Ghost - but Incan say without a doubt that it gets the job done! When filled with the proper amount of powder and water? You never have to worry about a loss in flavor. It holds ice as well as any other shaker I have used, and there is no leaks or spillage when properly secured. Great product!
